Site Survey & Assessment

Before any work begins, our engineer visits your location to check ground conditions, road dimensions, drainage requirements, and electrical availability. We plan everything so there are no surprises on installation day.

Platform & Structure Placement

Your pre-fabricated steel or RCC platform is transported and positioned with precision using proper heavy lifting equipment. All structural components are assembled on-site by our team.

Digital Load Cell Installation

We install OIML C5-approved Digital Load Cells at all weighing points. With our digital load cell system, no manual cornering or calibration with test weights is needed — saving time and reducing errors.

Calibration, Testing & Handover

We test the complete system across its full capacity range using certified standard weights. A detailed installation report is prepared for your records. Your operators are then trained on-site and a user manual is handed over before we leave.
